Tips & Tricks – How enable your pop3 e-mail account in Galaxy

In this post we learn how we can enable your pop3 e-mail account in Galaxy
Note : You must have CRM Galaxy module enabled

First run Glx.Config and enable Scheduler

Restart Galaxy Server

Choose Profile / Workpost

Then choose Actions /Scheduler and click on Add new task

OnΒ TriggersΒ tab chooseΒ New…Β and selectΒ Time

Schedule your plan

Choose Actions / New… and option CRM: Check e-mail

Don’t forget to choose File / Save before leaveΒ

Then choose CRM / Β Resource Managments / Resources and select Resource that you want enable pop3 email

Then choose tab E-mail params and insert your pop3 e-mail parameters

Below sample is for Gmail accounts

Then choose CRM / Email / Email Client and then Actions / Receive mails
